- TOT Agreement: PIA’s Make in India Initiative is supported by Technology Transfer agreements with OEMs from Europe. These agreements allow us to use the design and engineering concepts of our OEMs and manufacture products in India that meet global quality standards.
- ZPRSPL (Zagro Premier Rail Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is our Make in India Initiative, established in DD/MM/YYYY under the Foreign Direct Investment scheme in XXXXX. The joint venture between Premier India Agencies, Kolkata and Zagro, Germany, has begun manufacturing Battery Operated Rail Cum Road Vehicles, Diesel Operated Rail Cum Road Vehicle, and Rescue Vehicles.
- We are also in a Technology Transfer agreement with Aquafrisch, Italy and Eurogamma, Spain in an effort to further the Make in India initiative in the country.
